Merry Christmas from Our Family to Yours!

We hope that you all have a wonderful and safe Christmas holiday! We are sitting at home watching a wet Christmas day as the boys are upstairs playing with their new loot and Scott begins to prep for Christmas dinner. Pop-Pop is napping in the chair, Grandma is crocheting and all is temporarily quiet. We started the tradition this year to join the crowds and go to the movies. Im thinking this tradition will be much more fun when we can take the boys to "older" movies...funny, but Alvin and the Chipmunks just doesn't do it for me anymore! The Tree is finally trimmed

After having had intentions of decorating Thanksgiving weekend, the tree is finally up and decorated...just a little later than planned! This year was the first year that Devin was able to participate, at least with the non-glass ornaments which spent and awful lot of time on the floor, but he had fun none the less. The tree has little clusters of decorations right at his height...should we fix them? Naw, it gives the tree character. Scott always puts the star on as a little tradition, which probably started because of the whole 6 foot 4 thing, but it works for us! Hope you enjoy the pics!

Cole's Piano Recital

I can't even begin to explain how proud of Cole I am. he is really enjoying playing the piano and had his second recital yesterday. He played so well and said he wasn't even nervous this time! It is so exciting to see him really enjoying playing, and I hope that it is something that will stay with him!!
